More than just your neighborhood burger joint, Supper shows how it is done with their ‘Supper Way’ program, bringing what’s inside their kitchen out to the world. It all started from their pop-up in Japan, it inspired them to introduce Supper to other big cities and countries. In each of their pop-ups, they whip up special collaboration menus that make each of the experiences unique.

When asked what keeps them going? For Almas, it’s “Time”. He explains that Time is something you can’t get back, and each time he spends working for Supper feels like a time well spent with friends and that makes him fulfilled. For Genus, it’s the opportunity to meet new people. She likes hanging out and making new friends through the events and pop ups. With Supper, she meets many people in the same industry with similar hobbies and interests.  “And it turns out that we all need each other. So, being friendly is a good thing.” Genus added.

With many “RAGAM” individuals working and creating a dynamic working space, Supper works by listening, supporting, and appreciating each other. For them communication is key and it is important to always remind each other. Activities that are not work-related are as important as well. They often find themselves having more ideas after a good refreshment with the team.

Shopping, traveling, and culinary,” says Baldo, Almas, Gilang, and Genus, on how they express themselves through activities outside of work.

With many out-the-box ideas, there are challenges Supper faced in their creative pursuits. Through it, they have learned that choosing the right partners for business is important. For Supper, partnerships are important and the possibilities for collaborations are limitless.

“When you want to do business, you have to choose the good, right, and correct partner. Because at Supper, with these partnerships nothing is impossible.”
